POCKY!!

So recently I made a video with Chasing Bluebirds on YouTube or Chase as you guys probably know him.

It was all about POCKY!!

We went to JapanTown in LA if you don't know where or what it is you are seriously missing out. Like google it right now! Anyways, we were in Daiso which is the equivalent of a dollar store but it is the Japanese version. Everything is so much more cuter and better, at least in my opinion. There were a huge variety of different pocky's on a wall and Chase decided to buy every single flavor and make a taste testing video about it. So without anymore delay about the beautiful pocky world here is the video.

As you can go through and see what I think of every flavor I will go through the flavors below in this post if you want to keep on reading. Otherwise I hope you have enjoyed this post and actually seeing me in the video if you watched it!

Let's break it down!
(From left to right top to bottom)

Pocky Chocolate: I believe this one was covered with powdered chocolate and tasted a lot like eating a spoonful of nesquick. It was not my favorite out of the bunch, but I could eat them.

Pocky Crystal Salty: I was expecting more of a potent flavor out of these since I love dark chocolate with salt crystals on it but it was very toned down. It tasted just like regular chocolate.

Pocky Cookies & Cream: This was a total let down for me, maybe my tastebuds aren't as strong? I don't know but I didn't taste anything.

Pocky Ultra Slim: These were better than the original pocky's in my opinion because it tastes like a sweeter chocolate whereas the regular ones taste very bitter.

Pocky Strawberry Cream Covered: THESE THOUGH!! These were my absolute favorites, say no more. 10/10. There is no more left.

Original Pocky: These were the only ones that I had previously tried and I think that I hyped them up too much in my head as to what I remembered as a child. They were more bitter and not as exciting, but the slims made up for it.

Pocky Matcha: GROSS. 0/10. Not my cup of tea, literally.

Pocky Chocolate Banana: These were just so weird. I'm personally not a fan but maybe someone who loves bananas will love these as there is no doubt that they taste like bananas.

Pocky Adult?: These were good, one of my favorites definitely. I can't read Japanese but I think these are adult Pocky? The biscuit was very crunchy like a pretzel but I really enjoyed it.

Pocky Almond Crush: This one was also one of the better ones, I love almonds and they gave the pocky an unexpected crunch that was really good.

Pocky Strawberry: This one was a gross version of the previously very good version. If you are in the market for a strawberry pocky go for the first one if it is an option at your store!
